All products purchased through Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada are covered under the stated warranty through the actual manufacturer. The manufacturer warrants the equipment to be free from defects for the period stated for that specific product. Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada is an Authorized Warranty & Service Center. Please read below for more detailed warranty information and refund policy. 

All Locators sold by Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of one year from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer defects parts & labor. The warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges incurred. Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada does not assume any liability for damage caused by, shipping, accidents, neglect, abuse, tampering. misuse, or repairs done by another person or entity. At no time is Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada responsible for loss of work while equipment is in for service. For Warranty Work please contact our service center.

All Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada  Side Mount Inspection Camera Systems are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of three years from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer defects parts & labor. The warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges incurred. Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada does not assume any liability for damage caused by, shipping, accidents, neglect, abuse, tampering. misuse, or repairs done by another person or entity. PARTS & SERVICE

Sewer Equipment Company of Nevada is a complete Parts & Service Center.The service center also provides live technical support as well as complete service to 99% of all sewer cameras on the market. Please call for any of your sewer inspection service needs. 

 

REFUND POLICY  

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All used equipment is non-returnable. Returns must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returns will not be approved for equipment that has been used. The equipment must be in new, unused, resellable condition. Equipment must be returned with original packaging and provided RMA number. Please contact your service center if you need to request a return.
